Chirp Cafe Live Music Series Presents: Near Misses

Near Misses is a New York acoustic duo composed of Mikelle Sacco and Denise Adorante. The group is notable for various folk and pop songs and close harmony singing.  

Mikelle and Denise first met at The Artist Cafe on City Island in the Bronx, known for its live independent music. The duo began their collaboration incorporating mandolin, banjo, bass, and ukulele into their repertoire of songs from groups such as the Beatles, Brandi Carlile, Simon and Garfunkel, and Eurhythmics, just to name a few.
