Chirp Cafe Live Music Series Presents: Eldad Tarmu

Eldad Tarmu is a vibraphonist and composer hailing from the Los Angeles jazz scene. A touring musician for most of his career, his original recordings range from jazz to contemporary classical music, blending ethnic influences and seamlessly integrating genres in a signature style. His countless collaborations include prominent names such as Freddie Hubbard, Ernie Watts, Taj Mahal, Poncho Sanchez, Tamir Hendelman, and Cybil Shepherd. For the past ten years, he has been based in the New York metro area, where he performs regularly with several projects, which include a Latin-Jazz and a Jazz-Funk group.
