Chirp Cafe Live Music Series Presents: Conor MacFinn
Conor MacFinn is a Nyack-based artist, performer, and filmmaker.
It’s no wonder Conor was drawn to the performing arts, since he comes from a long line of diverse performers. His great-great grandfather was a country caller, his great grandfather was a jazz musician who played with Tito Puente, his great uncle was a flautist who played with Don Shirley, his grandmother toured with Al Martino and was on the Ed Sullivan show the night that the Beatles made their U.S. debut, and his mother danced with the American Ballet Theater.
Conor’s music has been particularly influenced by his heritage from Appalachia, Scotland, and Ireland.
